​When you have a purchase transaction with National Title Solutions, below are the acceptable ways to send in your Earnest Money Deposit.

❶ Office

• A check may be dropped off or mailed to our office address below
• Certified Check is preferred
• All checks should be made payable to: National Title Solutions

❷ Wire

• Funds can be wired by the buyer(s) financial institution
• Wire instructions are sent securely to the buyer so they can wire the funds.
  
• Please provide buyer(s) email address and phone number

Good Funds Law – Any funds $50,000 or greater must be in the form of a wire
